1. 자 / 타가 공존하는 동사의 이해

-open / read / sell / feel

2형식 감각동사 Feel: 자동사 + 목적어X => 수동태 불가

5형식 지각동사 Feel: 타동사 + 목적어 O => 수동태 가능

 

The door [opens / is opened.]

자동사 ‘열리다’ =  The door opens.

타동사 ‘열다’ = The door is opened.

 

The letter [reads / is read.]

자동사 ‘읽히다’ = The letter reads.

타동사 ‘읽다’ = The letter is read.

 

2. 문제

1) The soup tastes [terrible / terribly]: I wonder what´s wrong.
